CuciKiss Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1Definitions

In these terms, “account” means the personal player profile created on CuciKiss. “Services” means the games, sportsbook markets, payment functions, promotions and support features provided by CuciKiss. “Wager” means any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, slot, sports event or other available betting product.

“Bonus funds” means promotional credit that may be subject to additional conditions before withdrawal. “Real funds” means cleared money deposited by the player or winnings that are no longer restricted by bonus requirements. “Payment method” includes an e-wallet, DuitNow, FPX, Malaysian bank transfer, BTC, USDT or another method displayed by CuciKiss.

2Account Eligibility

You may register with CuciKiss only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are permitted to participate in online gambling under laws applicable to you. CuciKiss may request evidence of age, identity, address, source of funds or payment ownership at any time.

Registration details must be complete and accurate. You must not impersonate another person, use misleading information or create an account for somebody else. Only one CuciKiss account is permitted per person. Duplicate, linked or coordinated accounts may be suspended while CuciKiss reviews the relevant activity.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password and security credentials. Activity completed through your account may be treated as authorised unless you promptly notify CuciKiss support of suspected unauthorised access. Shared accounts are not permitted.

3Identity Verification and Security

CuciKiss applies verification procedures to protect players, prevent fraud and support secure payments. Before processing a withdrawal, CuciKiss may require a clear MyKad image, proof of address, a payment statement or other reasonable documentation. Submitted records must be genuine, current and readable.

CuciKiss may temporarily restrict deposits, wagers or withdrawals while verification is incomplete or while unusual activity is reviewed. A restriction is not a forfeiture of funds. However, CuciKiss may withhold a transaction where documents are false, payment details do not match the account holder or there is credible evidence of prohibited conduct.

4Deposits and Player Funds

Deposits are normally displayed in MYR unless the selected method supports cryptocurrency. Available methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. CuciKiss may add, suspend or limit a method for operational, compliance or security reasons.

A deposit must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited. You must review the amount, recipient details and applicable limits before confirming a transfer. CuciKiss is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, e-wallet provider, blockchain congestion, incorrect information or scheduled payment maintenance.

CuciKiss is an entertainment platform and not a bank, credit provider or investment service. No interest is payable on an account balance. Players must not use CuciKiss primarily to transfer funds between payment methods.

5Betting and Game Rules

A wager becomes final once accepted and recorded by CuciKiss. You must check the selection, stake, odds and market before confirming it. For sports markets, settlement is based on the official result and the specific market rules shown at the time of acceptance. An abandoned, postponed or interrupted event may be voided or settled in accordance with the applicable market rule.

Live odds for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other events can change quickly. CuciKiss may reject a wager when odds have moved, a market is suspended or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If a game or technical session is interrupted, CuciKiss will use the recorded game state and provider data to determine the result.

Display errors do not create a right to incorrectly credited winnings. CuciKiss may correct an obvious calculation, odds or settlement error and update the account balance accordingly. Any correction will be based on reliable transaction and game records.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Every CuciKiss promotion is governed by these terms and any offer-specific rules shown when the promotion is made available. Rules may specify an eligible product, minimum deposit such as RM50, wagering multiple, maximum stake, expiry period and maximum amount that can be converted into withdrawable funds.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagers placed on excluded games or markets may not contribute towards a wagering requirement. Opposing bets, low-risk hedging, coordinated activity or patterns intended mainly to extract promotional value may be treated as bonus abuse.

CuciKiss may remove a bonus and associated promotional winnings where the player has breached the published rules. Deposited real funds will be handled separately unless they are connected with fraud, chargebacks or another material breach.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must generally be made to a verified payment method belonging to the CuciKiss account holder. Before approval, CuciKiss may confirm identity, payment ownership, completed wagering requirements and account standing. The available minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the payment interface.

E-wallet withdrawals may typically be processed faster than Malaysian bank transfers, but any displayed timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Processing can take longer when KYC is pending, a bank is undergoing maintenance, recipient details are incorrect or a transaction requires a security review.

You must contact CuciKiss support if an approved payment has not arrived within its stated processing window. Do not submit repeated requests for the same amount unless support advises you to do so.

8Prohibited Conduct

You must not use CuciKiss to:

• commit fraud, money laundering, identity misuse or payment abuse;
• collude with another player or coordinate wagers to gain an unfair advantage;
• use bots, scripts, automated tools or unauthorised software;
• exploit a game defect, pricing error, delayed data feed or technical vulnerability;
• open duplicate accounts or circumvent limits, exclusions or security checks;
• threaten support staff, interfere with CuciKiss infrastructure or distribute harmful code; or
• use funds derived from unlawful activity.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, CuciKiss may suspend the account, preserve relevant records and investigate. Confirmed breaches may result in closure, cancellation of affected wagers and removal of improperly obtained funds.

9Responsible Gambling

CuciKiss is intended solely for adult entertainment. Gambling involves financial risk and no result is guaranteed. You should set a budget, avoid chasing losses and never gamble with money required for rent, food, education, medical costs or other essential expenses.

CuciKiss may provide deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session controls and self-exclusion. A request for self-exclusion must not be bypassed by opening another account. CuciKiss may also restrict an account where behaviour indicates a significant risk of gambling-related harm.

10Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure through CuciKiss support. Before closing the account, CuciKiss may complete pending settlements, verify identity and return any eligible balance through an approved payment method. Active self-exclusion conditions take priority over ordinary closure requests.

CuciKiss may suspend or close an account for a material breach, verification failure, fraudulent payment, chargeback, security risk or prolonged inactivity. Where reasonably possible, CuciKiss will explain the basis of the action and the status of legitimate funds.

11Privacy and Communications

Personal information is processed for account administration, identity verification, payment handling, fraud prevention, customer support and legal compliance. Details of CuciKiss data practices and player rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Operational messages concerning account security, payments or material changes may be sent even where marketing preferences have been disabled. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information so that important CuciKiss notices can reach you.

12Service Availability and Liability

CuciKiss aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet failures, device issues, provider outages or events outside reasonable control may affect availability. CuciKiss may suspend a game or payment feature to protect security or complete maintenance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CuciKiss is not liable for indirect loss, loss caused by an unsupported device, failure to protect account credentials or a third-party payment delay. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13Changes, Complaints and Contact

CuciKiss may amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect product, security, legal or operational changes. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
